Warranty

LIMITED WARRANTY

The Highway Kick limited warranty applies to the products bought from www.scootandrideusa.com, Amazon, or from an authorized Scoot and Ride US retail partner, and covers material and product defects.  Customers must have their original receipt to file a warranty claim.  Warranty period is one year from the date of initial purchase.  Warranty is valid only for the initial purchaser and cannot be transferred to another individual or claimant.  Warranty is covered only for products bought and sold within the United States. Warranty does not cover defects attributed to improper assembly, use, handling, and wear/tear from normal usage. 

 

CARE

A periodic inspection of all screws and assembly is required, as well as regular tightening of all bolts.  Wheels must be regularly inspected and changed as required.  The available spare parts are detailed in section 3 and can be ordered by contacting us via email.  The Highway Kick should be cleaned with a wet or damp cloth after every use and a visual inspection should be performed.
