Shipping & Returns

Shipping

*Free standard ground shipping on all orders within the contiguous U.S (excludes Alaska & Hawaii).

Oversize and freight shipping surcharges may apply to some items due to their size and weight regardless of the purchase amount. The surcharge will be noted on the product page.

Unfortunately we no longer ship to the US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii, APO/ FPO/ DPO addresses.

Delivery timeframes for each individual product are listed on both the product page and your cart.

Once an order has been processed and a tracking number assigned, we are unable to make any further changes to the order. 

We collect sales tax in states where we either have a physical presence or have reached nexus as governed by the individual state laws. Our list of states where we collect tax is reviewed regularly to ensure compliance

Returns

Please click here to contact us for any Return Services.  

  • You have 30 days from when you received your order to have your items sent back to us. Orders past 30 days will not be accepted.

  • All products must be in their original packaging and not used or damaged to be accepted for return.

  • Please note that some items are final sale and can’t be returned or exchanged. 

  • Fill the form in its entirety including your order number & the items you wish to return in the "message" section to prevent processing delays.

Return for Refund:

Once we receive your return, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment.

Due to different payment providers it may take 10-15 business days for this to appear on your statement.

Note: Return shipping costs are customer responsibility.

Package Refusals

Packages that are refused will be charged a $9.95 return shipping fee before a refund is issued.

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us via our form here.

We cannot replace a damaged items after 30 days from when the item was delivered.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. We will process your refund and you can complete a new order online for the replacement products.

Lost Packages

Scoot & Ride USA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are successfully delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer.

Price Adjustments

Prior purchases are not eligible for price adjustments, regardless of whether the item has yet to ship.
